We provide prenatal education and support, labor and birth assistance, breastfeeding guidance, and postpartum care tailored to your needs.
How can I connect with a doula at Born Anew?

What is the role of a doula during labor?
A doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to help you feel empowered and comfortable, and to help your partner feel confident in their ability to support you.
How far do you travel to clients?
While I will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis, I typically limit my clientele to ~30mi (driving) from Raeford, including all of Fort Bragg, to the far edge of Fayetteville, Southern Pines, and more. If you aren’t sure, reach out! I try to be flexible.
Do you offer virtual doula services?
Yes, we offer virtual support sessions including prenatal education and labor coaching via video calls.
Do you have flexible payment plans?

Do you have an AI policy?
Yes, it is very important in this day and age to have transparent policies surrounding AI usage. My personal promise to you is that AI such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs (Large Language Models) will NOT be used in our business. All AI usage will be avoided where possible. So, you can trust that all resources, advertising, and artwork are created by real people. So, what are the exceptions? After all, AI is so new, clearly we don’t need it! Many of the tools I use to keep the back end of the business up and running use AI to some extent. For example, WordPress is what I use to publish this website, and they have integrated AI into their website. So, while this website is 100% written by me, the website’s style is a template, and who knows whether that template was created by AI or a real person? I sure don’t!

My website, slides, fliers, educational handouts, and all information included in them and taught by me, is created or researched by ME, Anna Clark. AI will never affect the quality of the information you will receive from me.
If you see my ugly Canva fliers hanging around, just remember: I made that! (And I’m still learning)
